Refunds Policy

Product Refunds

Rachel Quagliani – Photography & Design is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, you can request a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

A major problem is when the item:

  • Is unsafe

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying the item if you had known about it

  • Is significantly different from the sample or description

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If you have ordered a product that has not yet been fulfilled & would like a different product instead, your order value can be credited towards your preferred product.

Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, etc) as it will be required to process your refund or replacement. 

Service Refunds

Rachel Quagliani – Photography & Design is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services you engaged.

However, you can choose to cancel your contract, and receive a refund for unconsumed services, if the service has a major problem.

A major problem is when the service:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from purchasing the service if they had known about it

  • Is substantially unfit for its common purpose, and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time

  • Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for and cannot be easily rectified within a reasonable time

  • Creates an unsafe situation 

If you choose to continue with the contract, you can ask us to compensate you for any difference in the value of the services we provided and what you paid. If the problem cannot be fixed, we view it as a major problem.

Loss or Damage of Images

Rachel Quagliani – Photography & Design shall carry out your Photoshoot & all services involved with due & professional diligence.

Elements that are beyond control include interruption of photography service due to guest photographers, faulty material, equipment failure or damage/loss of digital files. In the case of digital file loss, Rachel Quagliani – Photography & Design & the Client agree that the liability of Rachel Quagliani – Photography & Design shall be limited to a full or partial refund of any money paid under the contract, which shall be in full & final satisfaction of any damage or loss suffered.
